Method of Return

To start a return, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be returned in good condition, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear from reasonable use. We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged, modified, misused, improperly installed, neglected, or otherwise altered after delivery. Returns that arrive with damage caused by the customer after receipt may be denied or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt to verify their condition and eligibility for refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we typically process refunds within 7 days. While we aim to complete this as quickly as possible, processing times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your payment provider. Please ensure items are returned properly packaged to help avoid delays in processing.
